FEES & PAYMENT
Based on the sessions agreed upon above, the rate is $ __ per session for tutoring, testing, and report writing. Payment shall be made in advance. Accepted methods of payment are Venmo (@msbulls_i) and Zelle. While the Tutor can understand that the Client may occasionally forget the means of payment, no tutoring will be available until the previous session's payment has been made.
Referral Program: If someone you know is interested in receiving sessions from Bullfrog Learning, “Refer a Friend”. Once the referred client has their first session, the Client’s next session is free of charge. Thank you for supporting Bullfrog Learning!
LATENESS, CANCELLATIONS, and NO SHOWS
The lateness and cancellation policy has been created to be fair to the Client and Tutor, as well as other students who may be scheduled the same day as the Student. No reminder texts will be sent before sessions. It is the Client’s responsibility to be on time/prepared for each session.
Lateness: No adjustment of fees or schedule shall be made for time lost because of late arrival or early departure by the Student. A student more than 15 minutes late to the session will be deemed a no-show.
Cancellations: Client agrees to let the Tutor know of cancellations by phone, text, or email at least 12 hours before the scheduled session, whenever possible. If the Client cancels a session less than 12 hours before the scheduled session more than once, the Client will be charged for the session. Same-day cancellations should be made by text or phone call. Medical exemptions will be on a case-by-case basis.
No-Shows: If a session is missed without prior notification (No-Show), Client will be charged the full hourly rate for the missed session after a 15 minute waiting period and one contact attempt. Client agrees to let the Tutor know within 12 hours that the following appointment will be kept.
UPDATES
Bullfrog Learning understands communication of student progress is key. The Tutor commits to report writing and updating Clients on student progress through text every week.
This contract is non-binding and flexible based on Tutor/Client needs. Thank you for supporting Bullfrog Learning.
